New Unitoo website based on Jekyll

How to contribute

Start dev server

bundle exec jekyll serve and go to localhost:4000

Build for production

Generate tags python3 tag-generator.py
Update language for tags titles
Build Jekyll JEKYLL_BUILD=production bundle exec jekyll build
