Why

agent-foundry moved past the commit castrum credits (f73686a). The new
source selects memory per workstation, replaces the Superpowers plugin with
repository-owned skills, and keeps designs and plans in .plans/. This
branch follows the upstream README's "Re-adopt a newer source" to bring
castrum to a30376d.

What changed

  • The memory profile, collection and operator leave AGENTS.md for an
    untracked AGENTS.local.md on each workstation; AGENTS.md declares
    Memory support: localrecall, and CLAUDE.md also imports
    @AGENTS.local.md. A checkout without that file runs with profile
    none, so each workstation that uses memory needs its own copy.
  • The brainstorm, write-plan and diagnose skills live in
    .agents/skills/, linked from .claude/skills/, in place of the
    Superpowers plugin.
  • Local designs and plans move from docs/superpowers/ to the git-ignored
    .plans/.
  • AGENTS.md follows the upstream layout and gains its Working and
    Documentation rules. Castrum's commands, Ansible conventions, commit
    convention and LocalAI section carry over unchanged.
  • The curator adapters, docs/LOCALRECALL.md and .claude/settings.json
    are re-vendored as-is. The castrum copies matched f73686a, so no local
    edits are lost.

Move the memory selection into the untracked AGENTS.local.md, replace the
Superpowers plugin with the repository-owned brainstorm, write-plan and
diagnose skills, keep designs and plans in the git-ignored .plans/, and
re-vendor the curator adapters and docs/LOCALRECALL.md.
