Why

Agent Foundry moved from 4fab24e to cf8e864. It split the forge skill's commands by CLI and added a rule for referring to other repositories' issues. This change brings both into castrum with the foundry-upgrade skill. Both three-way merges were clean, and no migration applied.

What changed

  • forge: SKILL.md keeps only the steps that hold for both CLIs. gh.md and fj.md beside it hold each CLI's commands, so a session reads only the CLI its login picked. fj.md keeps fj's output quirks and how to build its links. The commands are carried over unchanged.
  • AGENTS.md: commit messages, pull requests, issues and their comments refer to another repository's issue or pull request by its full URL, and use #<n> only within the same repository, because a forge resolves a bare #<n> in the repository that displays it.
  • The foundry-upgrade Record now names cf8e864 as the adopted commit.

Verification

  • The foundry validator from the cf8e864 clone passed.
  • make check passed.
  • make test did not run, because the sandbox has no podman. Molecule and the tag-propagation gate both need it. The change touches only agent documentation and skills, not roles or playbooks.
