AGENTS.md gains the process ladder (brainstorm, write-plan, or a card
in the conversation), the rule that an install beyond Setup, Test and
Verify needs an approved plan, card or request, and one test per
behavior at each test level. write-plan now traces goals and success
criteria per task, splits Acceptance into Proves, Keeps and Runs,
records Needs, adds gate tasks for slow tests, and hands subagent
tasks to the new implementer agents, whose brief and Claude Code,
Codex and OpenCode adapters arrive at three effort levels. brainstorm
states goals as numbered criteria, diagnose proposes a fix as a card
or a plan, forge reads the remote of the checkout a change belongs
to, and the Codex reviewers turn web search off.

The source's new Members section stays out, since castrum is not an
umbrella, and so do the memory payload and Project memory section
under Memory support none. No migration applies.

Castrum had no changes of its own to the merged files, so every one now matches the source apart from the Record.
