Sync the LocalRecall contract (schema v3, orientation record, get_entry
in verified-replace, act-without-opening test) and both curator
adapters to upstream head. AGENTS.md gains the CLAUDE-file shadowing
rule, the local-only Superpowers docs rule, get_entry for readers, the
never-call-curator-tools rule and the one-home rule. The vendored
validator is dropped; it now runs from an agent-foundry checkout.
