Why
castrum's agent policy was adopted from agent-foundry at
d0929cf. Upstreamhas since relaxed the mandatory Superpowers workflow and defined a pull
request body template (
16358e9,f73686a).What changed
work still gets a plan, isolation, tests, review and verification; small,
well-understood changes are made and verified without design gates or plan
documents. Superpowers skills become optional helpers, overriding the
plugin's own "always invoke" rule. Wording that assumed Superpowers was
mandatory is dropped, including in Context continuity. castrum's own rules
(local-only
docs/superpowers/, tenant-name caution,.worktrees/) areunchanged.
## Why/## What changed, with## Verificationand## Risks and follow-upsonly when useful.README.mdcreditsf73686a.docs/LOCALRECALL.md, both memory-curator adapters and.claude/settings.jsonalready matched upstream, so nothing was re-vendored.No Ansible behaviour changes.
