Nothing in the repository explained how to work with the agent policy
or how to run agents in the azkaban sandbox, and both jail files are
git-ignored, so a contributor could not discover the setup.
CONTRIBUTING.md points to AGENTS.md and AGENTS.local.md without
restating their rules, and documents this repository's own convention:
an optional git-ignored Dockerfile.claude-jail layered on azkaban's
Claude image, how to build and select it, why Ubuntu's npm package
must stay out, the rebuild after azkaban upgrades, and that make build
runs on the host because the images carry no Ruby. azkaban's own
settings stay documented upstream and are linked.
README links the guide; .dockerignore excludes it from the production
build context like the other docs.
