Replace the black-and-white portrait on the about page with a new
colour photo, converted from an 800x800 PNG to a 512x512 WebP like
the previous one (17.8 KB instead of 48.5 KB).

The file gets a new name, cmaradonna-2026.webp, because
static-web-server sends images with a one-year Cache-Control max-age:
keeping the old name would show returning visitors the old photo
until their cache expires.
