Merge Agent Foundry e9006dd..05a1481 three-way into the repository's
policy:

  • add the dependency-advisor subagent: its brief in AGENTS.md under
    "Working" and read-only adapters for Claude Code and Codex, which
    sit outside the memory payload and so apply under Memory support
    none;
  • have the forge skill build the pull request or issue link that fj
    does not print.

Both merges were clean. No migration applied. CONTRIBUTING.md now
names both subagents that come from Agent Foundry.
